PEAKWASH SPINNER tire washing machines are powerful and compact for removing medium to heavy dirt and mud from the vehicle tires. A series containing three models differing in size, capacity and horsepower. A larger sedimentation tank speeds up the sedimentation process, allowing for a higher capacity of the washing system, and savings in sedimentation agent costs.
Wash systems are suitable for short and long term usage at construction sites, quarries, dump sites, recycling sites, mines, industrial sites and gerbils. The wash system include automatically driven cylinders and a settling water tank with an integrated conveyor to remove sludge automatically.
Simple and fast installation of these wash systems makes them particularly suitable for short-term usage.
The washing is done while showering a tire rotating on two cylinders. The wash cycle is activated when the wheels run on the cylinders. The specially developed nozzle system forms an efficient water spray to wash out the tread pattern, outer and inner side of the tire. Depending on the level of contamination, the number of tire rotations can be changed easily using the timer.
Impurities and sludge flowing from the tires into the settling tank are automatically removed by a conveyor. Water circulates back to be reused in the washing system and the water level in the tank is automatically replenished by the float valve.
Sedimentation agent accelerates and optimizes the process of depositing impurities at the bottom of the tank. PEAKWASH washers contain a sedimentation agent included in the price without any extra costs.
The cylindrical wash system is fully controlled automatically. The operator only regularly checks the nozzles, the conveyor, the cylinder drive and the water supply to the tank and the sedimentation agent. The delivery technician instructs the operator and checks the wash system during commissioning and handover.
The customer is responsible for building the foundation in accordance with PEAKWASH documentation, along with the water and electricity supply before installation. The customer is also responsible for dusting around the washing system and for preparing entry and exit routes after installation.
The manufacturer guarantees a standard warranty of 24 months valid from the date of installation, and support in the delivery of spare parts and service.
